Patratu, located in the lap of nature, is a major tourist destination. The Palani Falls here attract people by creating an unmatched hive of beauty. Water falls from a height of about 150 feet, gives a lot of pleasure to the people. The gurgling and trickling sounds of the waterfall attract people from a distance.
The original name of the Palani Falls is Phulwar Kocha that is located in the Palani village of Patratu. People have to face a lot of trouble on foot to reach the waterfall. The waterfall cutting through the mountains attracts the people. Palani Falls is about 7 km from Paratu Lake Resort.
The best time to fully enjoy the beauty of Palani Falls is the monsoon and the months after that, i.e. from July to February. During this time there is abundant water in the waterfall and the natural scenery around is also very captivating. During the winter season, the number of tourists visiting the this place increases because the weather is pleasant. The greenery of the forest and mountains and the gurgling sound of the waterfall attracts the people.
